Your hosts are Lou and Paula Meeuwenberg, both life-long residents of Fremont.  With two rooms, The Sheridan House is the perfect retreat for couples traveling together whether to enjoy a relaxing evening or weekend away.  This non-smoking inn is located in a new home on the northwest side of the beautiful 800-acre all-sports, Fremont Lake.  It is conveniently close to downtown and the beauty that is common in Newaygo County.  After exiting at ground level, our guests need a travel a mere 100 feet down the brick walk to the lake's edge.  In the summer, a paddleboat is available to enjoy the water or to get a little exercise.  In any season, however, the mile-long views across this lake are inspiring and relaxing.
